Late nights and waiting

A bit of a break in film. I’m waiting on several things in post and have a a few smaller gigs coming up.
So while I have a bit of down time, I’m devoting more energy to working on some monologues.
I’m diving into my second book as well. Some nights are going late but the characters tell me to keep going.

So yes, I sometimes listen to the voices inside my head!

Going to start working out more again too. I was pretty happy with how consistent I was in July with all that was going on, but now I can hit it a bit harder.

More soon! Keep checking IMDB. Should have at least two more coming.

I’m still trying to grasp at the words that describe the past month. It was a tremendous learning experience, and thanks to Mereym Ersoz and Mark Grove for being excellent teachers!

if you haven’t heard about the cast and crew yet – you will! Everyone made everyone else better. We fed off each other and got the job done. I know that doesn’t always happen, but whatever my future holds, Minds Eye will hold a special place for me. A fond memory of hard work, focus, sacrifice, and dedication we all shared to pull something amazing off. And we did it TOGETHER.

I don’t believe any actor arrives at perfection (one of the frustrating and yet amazing aspects of the craft), but I also found in myself that this is what I do, and I can do it well.

As more press releases, pictures, and information comes out about Minds Eye I’ll keep you posted.
Along with my other projects forthcoming….

Minds Eye Dream – haha

I dreamt last night that we were doing a scene for Minds Eye, but we kept forgetting to turn on the camera. And then they kept cutting before I could say my line. Mark, our director was absent.
I had another project at the same time in my dream, so I had to continually text them and tell them I was going to be late.
Mark finally shows up and we run the scene, but he stops me and says, “I want you to say this in a Russian Accent.”
My line mentioned Twitter, and I had to ask him, “How do you say ‘Twitter’, in a Russian accent?”
Then I woke up.
I guess that’s what I get for working out and then watching Burn Notice right before bed.

A call from a potential agent.
A call from a producer to offer a lead role.
A GREAT table read and photo shoot for Minds Eye (Wonderful cast and crew).
An audition tomorrow.
